Every catalogue has a device for every budget. Your dock, freezer, yard, and shift each have requirements the catalogue cannot hear. When the equipment class is chosen before the job is understood, you find out on the floor — the expensive place to find out.
Equipment supply is how we prevent that. We match equipment categories to the job, environment, applications, quantities, and lifecycle. If you already have a device standard, we work inside it. If you do not, you receive a class recommendation with the reasoning attached.
What is decided, and when
The equipment class is decided during planning, against the environment and the work. Exact brands and models are confirmed against current supplier documentation during quote review. The model is the last decision, not the first — by then the environment, applications, and quantities have had their say.
What we match against
- the operating environment and any extremes, such as cold, dust, yard work, or a hazardous area;
- the applications the devices or energy system connect to;
- quantities, rollout waves, and the sites they cover; and
- the lifecycle: service, spares, and the return path.
Where this sits
Equipment supply follows technical planning: the written scope says what the equipment must survive and connect to. What arrives then goes to systems integration, where every device gets an interface and an owner, and on to deployment and support, which stages it, sizes the spare pool, and defines the return path. No. If you have a standard, we work inside it. Replacing a device standard is a separate decision, made on its own case.

During quote review, against current supplier documentation. Class first, model last.
